On-Line Membership Renewal
1st October 2025 - 30th September 2026
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL IS DUE ON 1ST OCTOBER 2025. Please pay promptly as membership will be cancelled for those not received by 31st December 2025 and any car park fobs duly deactivated. Please complete the online form below the fees table below (even if you are a life member or pay no fees) and remember to click "Submit". This is used to update our records. Also please check you have entered the correct total fees payable after consulting the table below.

Alternatively, you can click HERE>> to display a downloadable version of the printed application form which you would then need to download, complete and post it to the Hon. Membership Secretary at the Club.
IN ADDITION, please send your total payment, if any (membership and car park access combined) via BACS electronic bank transfer (our preferred means) or by cheque to the HON. MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY at the Club. The Hon. Membership Secretary, in conjunction with the Hon. Treasurer will process your renewal on receiving both the online form AND any fees.
NOTE: A separate form and separate payment must be used for each member to avoid confusion. This information is used for all communications and will be updated on the database so please ensure you complete ALL sections. Please send remittance for the applicant below only.
For reasons of economy, membership cards will no longer be issued.
Your renewal will not be valid until the fee is received and paid.
SOEC BACS bank transfer details are: Account 90785504; sort code 40-43-17 - enter the name of the member renewing as reference in the transfer.
If sending a cheque, please ensure you make it payable to SOEC and insert the name and address of the member on the reverse of it.
